I used to suck at relationships and love.

I spent years dating emotionally unavailable men and refusing to acknowledge my own avoidant attachment style tendencies.

My love life suffered, but what suffered even more was my relationship with myself. I felt disappointed, frustrated, and lost.

Everything changed when I realized that I was part of the problem (gasp!) and took the time to consciously work through my own unhealthy relationship patterns.

Fast forward to today, I’m now happily married and help people from all walks of life to successfully navigate modern relationships.

My goal has always been simple —

To show adults that even though modern relationships are full of obstacles, from different attachment styles to the woes of dating apps…

…building a fulfilling partnership is possible & love is a skill you can learn.
